Power outage at Agonda, Khola on Monday

CANACONA
Agonda and Khola villages will remain without power supply yet again on Monday from 9 am to 5 pm on account of monsoon preparedness and termination of the newly laid underground cable.

In a public notice, Canacona Assistant Engineer (Electricity) informed that a power shutdown will be arranged for line maintenance, tree cutting work, pre-monsoon activities and termination of underground cable at Agonda, Khola.

The areas at the entire village panchayat at Khola, the village panchayat Agonda, and part of Devabhag, Adpem and Nuvem are serviced by the 11 KV Agonda Feeder.

The Assistant Engineer has requested the affected residents to cooperate and bear with the electricity department to complete the much-needed works.
