Goa Forward Chief Vijai Sardesai on Tuesday said that unless Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho individually or jointly plan to operate their own airlines, Dabolim airport is well on its way to termination.
Demanding to know whether Godinho airlines will operate from Dabolim, Sardesai said Goans, especially the good people of Dabolim have a right to know because these are the two most vocal leaders who have emphatically stated both inside the Assembly and outside that no airlines will move out.
“But as if on cue, one by one airlines have abandoned South Goa. I think it's high time that these two senior cabinet members drop their charade and admit to the people of #Goa that they are in fact the pilot and copilot who are taking all airlines out of Dabolim”, Sardesai added.
