Arvind Kejriwal while speaking to media persons on Sunday said that if voted to power in Goa the AAP government will restart mining within six months.
Kejriwal along with Puti Gaonkar will visit the area and people's houses who are affected due to closure of mining business.
"We will visit the area where there are land rights issues for last many decades and also we will visit poor people who have been affected due to closure of mines," said Kejriwal.
Earlier, Kejriwal arrived to a warm welcome, as a large number of supporters went to greet him at Goa Airport on Sunday.
Party office bearers, local leaders and supporters were present at the airport with flowers, garlands and flags, as they shouted AAP slogans ahead of Kejriwal visit.
Speaking to reporters, Former minister and AAP Shiroda leader Mahadev Naik said that Kejriwal was in Goa to have an interaction with the Gomantak Bhandari Samaj office bearers and leaders.
