MARGAO: The Fatorda police have registered a kidnapping case against a man from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, for allegedly abducting a minor girl on May 8. According to the complaint filed by the girl’s father, the accused, Sanket Kambli, allegedly took away his minor daughter from his lawful guardianship. Police have registered an offence under Section 137(2) of the BNS and Section 8 of the Goa Children’s Act.
