2 booked for burning boat at Bambolim

AGASSAIM: Agassaim Police on Wednesday booked two persons for allegedly burning a fishing boat and fishing nets at Bambolim beach.

According to Agassaim Police, Rohidas Andrade complained that two persons burnt his one fishing boat and fishing nets.

Acting on the complaint, Agassaim Police registered an offence under Sections of 435 r/w 34 of IPC. PSI Jayram Cuncolikar is investigating the case under the guidance of PI Santosh Dessai.

PANAJI: The State government has notified the Outline Development Plans of Mapusa and Panaji which were approved by the Town and Country Planning Board earlier this month. The notification issued by the North Goa Planning and Development Authority comes on the back of the Town and Country Planning Board approving the rectified Pernem Regional Plan 2021 after considering around 6 per cent of suggestions for correction.
