4 days on, trains still disrupted on Castle Rock-Vasco route

BELAGAVI
While the work at the landslide site at Braganza Ghats continued on the fourth consecutive day, authorities were still clueless as to when the Castle Rock-Vasco railway line would reopen to rail traffic.
As a result of ongoing work at the railway tracks, a number of train services are cancelled/partially cancelled between Castle Rock and Caranzol stations in the Braganza Ghat section of Hubballi Division.
CANCELLED TRAINS: Train No 17315 Vasco–Velankanni Express commencing journey from Vasco on July 31 and Train No 17316 Velankanni–Vasco Express commencing journey from Velankanni on August 1.
PARTIALLY CANCELLED TRAINS: Train No 12780 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Vasco Daily Superfast Express, commencing journey from Hazrat Nizamuddin on July 29 and will short terminate at Belagavi.
Train No 12779 Vasco-Hazrat Nizamuddin Express, commencing journey from Vasco on July 31 & August 1 will be partially cancelled and it will originate from Belagavi.
Train No 18047 Shalimar-Vasco commencing journey from Shalimar on July 29 will terminate journey at SSS Hubballi.
Kacheguda-Vasco slip coaches operated by Train No 17603/18047 commencing journey on July 30 will short terminate at SSS Hubballi.
Train No 18048 Vasco Shalimar Express, commencing journey from Vasco on August 1, will be partially cancelled and will originate at SSS Hubballi.
Vasco-Kacheguda slip coaches operated by Train No 17604/18048 commencing journey on August 1, will originate from SSS Hubballi.
