Four more Covid-related deaths were recorded in Goa, taking the victim count to 651.
The deceased persons include a 57-year-old woman from Zuarinagar, a 60-year-old man from Ponda, a 54-year-old man from Colva and a 70-year-old woman from Sada in Mormugao. While two persons passed away at GMC in Bambolim, two expired at ESI Covid Hospital in Margao.
Meanwhile, 180 new cases of Covid-19 infections were recorded in the last 24 hours raising the total confirmed cases 45,389. Of these, 1,861 are active and 42,877 or 94.46 per cent have recovered.
Till date, 22,882 people affected have opted to recover under home isolation.
