Sanjay Singh, Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament and national spokesperson of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Saturday will address people from the mining belt in Sanvordem.
The AAP senior leader is in Goa on a one-day visit to the state. Incidentally, Singh holds a diploma in mining engineering and has been a senior leader of the party since its inception in November 2012, and is a member of the party’s foremost decision-making body, the Political Affairs Committee.
Aam Aadmi Party General Secretary Pradeep Padgaonkar informed the media that during his day long halt, Singh will also interact with office bearers and volunteers of the AAP.
Later in the afternoon, Singh will hold an interaction with students in Nuvem on the topic “students’ role in nation building” before flying back to Delhi.
Singh is a very vocal member of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the Rajya Sabha and filed a petition against the government on the alleged corruption in the Rafale deal.
