AAP's intensive campaign draws to an end
PANAJI: The Aam Aadmi Party in Goa has expressed confidence of sailing through the hustings riding through on a wave of “silent voters” who are out to teach the BJP and the Congress a lesson.
“We are happy to bring to a close an intensive campaign which began with the rally by Arvind Kejriwal on May 22 last year,” AAP’s Chief Ministerial candidate Elvis Gomes has said.
The party has thanked the people of Goa for welcoming the AAP candidates into their homes over the campaign period and during the Zhaadu Yatra spread over the last few weeks.
“We are the only party that has gone through the entire State and door-to-door through our campaign and has redefined the manner in which campaigning can be conducted,” he said.
