In the ensuing chaos, the flight Indigo SE 499 to Bangalore was delayed by 15 minutes as the passenger initially refused to exit the plane.
“The incident occurred after the passenger was asked to have his seat relocated as he was seated near an emergency exit,” a passenger on the same flight told The Goan. The passenger is then believed to have abused an air hostess, leading to his offloading from the flight.
When contacted, Dabolim airport police informed that no complaint was filed by the officials of airlines.
