Speaking to reporters, Dhavalikar also took a dig at BJP saying that if party hoppers join the party, its image would fall. “It is already decided that we will be together. We will ask 14 seats, if they don’t give us 14 seats we are prepared to negotiate, several options are being thought off. The alliance is decided, only the discussions and bargaining is left,” Dhavalikar said.
“If not, projects which are ongoing, will they complete? No ? These projects have to be completed because they are for the people of Goa.
The National Highways Authority of India as well as the PWD Department have undertaken several projects in the State especially that of roads and bridges with an investment of Rs 10,000 crore.
“We are in the alliance and everybody knows this. Media knows, our party knows, BJP knows and I know as well. In this situation, there is no meaning to what others say,” Dhavalikar said adding that any party’s image will go down if they accept party hoppers in their party.
