PANAJI: Anti-Narcotics Cell of Goa Police on Saturday booked a 25-year-old Nepali national for being in possession of alleged ganja and charas worth Rs 81,500.
Accused Umesh Khadka was caught red-handed at Arambol while in illegal possession of 101 gms of alleged charas and 310 gms of alleged ganja all worth approximately Rs 81,500 in the international market.
He has been remanded to three days police custody after he was booked under relevant sections of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
