A resident of Assonora and a juvenile have been held on charges of stealing a scooter. According to Mapusa police, Bherram Kumavat of Sirsaim complained that some person had stolen his scooter (GA-04-A-4507) sometime between 11 pm on April 10 and 7 am on April 11.
Police said during the course of investigation, Yogesh Naik of Ganeshnagar-Assonora, was arrested in this connection, while the juvenile has been lodged at Apna Ghar at Merces. Police have also recovered the stolen scooter and further investigations are in progress.
