The Aam Aadmi Party seemed to have launched its campaign for the Velim seat in right earnest. The party seemed to have decided to once again bat for Cruz Silva, who had put up a good show in the 2017 polls by polling 3,000-plus votes.
The party’s game plan appears simple, build on the vote and trust reposed in the party by the people of Velim and launch an all-out campaign to wrest the seat from the key political players.
