The rally, which will begin at 4 pm on Monday from BJP office, Panaji, will culminate at Azad Maidan.
The rally is expected to be attended by nearly a thousand party workers along with BJP State President Vinay Tendulkar, former minister Rajendra Arlekar, BJP State General Secretary Sadanand Shet Tanawade, among others.
Addressing media persons, former Panaji MLA Sidharth Kuncalienker said:
"Many of our party workers are being killed in the States of Kerala and West Bengal. If one sees, murders and violence are a part of ideology of communists. It is condemnable that such political killings take place in Kannur district where their chief minister is elected from.
Nearly 270 BJP and RSS workers have been the victims of this brutal violence. To condemn this act and give it a democratic voice, the BJP has taken the initiative to hold Jan Suraksha Yatra."
