Dalgado Konknni Academi is set to release probably the most valuable book in the history of Konkani in Roman script on Sunday at 4.30 pm at the Art and Culture Department Multipurpose Hall at Patto, Panaji.
The book ‘Utrak-Utram” (Konkani Synonyms) is written by the Mumbai based Micheal Fernandes and edited by the Dalgado Konknni Academi (DKA) Secretary,
Vincy Quadros.
Fr. Alfred Vaz, parish priest of Se Cathedral, Old Goa and a renowned Konkani writer has kindly consented to be the chief guest on the
occasion.
The writer of Konknni Synonyms, Michael Fernandes will be present on the dais with Fr. Vaz. Dalgado Konknni Academi (DKA) president, Tomazinho Cardozo will preside over the function and DKA secretary, Vincy Quadros will speak on the book.
