Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Friday demanded that Vasco police book a Facebook user who uploaded a picture of two accused in the sentinel case while in a lockup at Vasco police station.
“A picture of two persons in the lockup of Vasco police station was uploaded on Facebook. This is a security breach. How can someone go into a police station and click a photo of accused in the sentinel attack case and upload it on social media,” asked NCP State President Jose Philip D’Souza.
“What were the police doing while the person walked in the police station and clicked a photo of accused inside the lockup. This is a serious breach and police must enquire as to how was it done,” demanded D’Souza.
