Churchill joins NCP; talks tough on ties

Former PWD Minister Churchill Alemao formally joined the Nationalist Congress party (NCP) on Monday in the presence of party top brass, even as he sent a clear signal to the Congress that either the Congress should stitch an alliance with the NCP or the party will contest in all the 40 Assembly constituencies.
