Pax of Nagoa is an Indian club football team based in Goa. The team was founded by Fr. Bruno Diniz in the year 1963. In its earlier years, the club has participated in second division, first division and professional league conducted by Goa Football Association (GFA).

The club also had its ups and downfollowing the tremendous success in the top flight, but could not sustain itsposition due to financial crunch. Today, the club is playing in the 3rdDivision of the GFA football league as well as under-16 tournamentinter-village football tournaments and there are plans also to field an under-14age group as well.
