GPCC Chief too demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant from office.
He also called for suspension of the DMA, even as he extolled the High Court verdict as a ray of hope to citizens reaffirming their faith in the judiciary.
Addressing the media, Girish said the verdict is a victory for democracy and the Constitution of India and a defeat for the BJP.
“The High Court order has proved that the BJP government headed by Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is defective,” he charged.
He said the Chie Minister has no right to occupy the chair even for a minute following the High Court verdict.
