SANGUEM
Anticipating Chief Minister Pramod Sawant’s likely visit to Sanguem on Saturday, Shiv Sena Goa Spokesperson Rakhi Prabhu Dessai Naik appealed to the chief minister to solve the many problems faced by people from Sanguem in a time-bound manner.
“Even after being under BJP rule for last over 20 years, Sanguem constituency has failed to achieve desired development and progress,” claimed Naik, while addressing a news conference in Sanguem. “Whether it is the health sector, education, sports, tourism or other infrastructure, the government has failed to develop Sanguem.”
Commenting on the health sector, Naik said there was no improvement at the lone Primary Health Centre and at the Rural Medical Dispensaries (RMD) and said the RMDs were not equipped with the desired medical facilities.
