TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane on Monday said a show-cause notice and stop-work order have been issued to a company amid allegations that the company had violated permissions during construction activity at Kadamba plateau.
Rane along with officials conducted an inspection of the site and noticed violations.
In a series of tweets, Rane said he had “inspected the construction site who has violated all permissions granted by the North Goa Planning and Development Authority.”
“They have violated the law completely, and a show-cause notice and stop-work order have been issued.”
“In addition, because it has caused significant damage, we will be moving a file for revoking all licenses. Strict action has been initiated within the purview of the law,” Rane stated.
