PANAJI: Judicial Magistrate of First Class (JMFC), Panaji granted its nod to the application by Crime Branch of Goa Police to conduct a lie detector test on one of the boys, who was present with Bismarque Dias on the night he went missing at Sant Estevam on November 7.
One of the boys with Bismarque on the ill-fated night, agreed to undergo the lie detector test prompting the JMFC court to pass the order, sources disclosed.
The second application for conducting a lie detector test on the other boy, a minor, is likely to be heard on Thursday, December 10, before the Juvenile Court, Panaji.
