Cuncolim cops crack 2 house theft cases of 2020 & 2021

The Cuncolim police has successfully cracked two house breaking theft reported at Cuncolim police station jurisdiction in the year 2020 and 2021. 

In this connection, district police Chief, SP Pankaj Kumar Singh, IPS said the police have managed to apprehend a gang of five minor boys staying in the Cuncolim PS area. 

All the members of the gang are child in conflict with law (CCL) as verified by the birth certificates and are in the age group of 13 to 16 years. 

Cuncolim PS had reported two HBT's one at Cuncolim market in the year 2020 and the other at infant Jesus high school during the current year. The gang used to effect entry inside the closed space by removing the roof tiles and used to decamp with the valuables. 

All the CCL are being produced before the juvenile justice board at Merces for further necessary action.

The police is investigating.
