Residents of Cuncolim have been informed by the Cuncolim Municipal Council that the Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) has appointed M/s. Kolbro Group Pvt. Ltd. to conduct a property tax assessment survey of all properties under Cuncolim Municipal Council’s jurisdiction.
Chief Officer John Fernandes said the Municipal Office has authorised the surveyors of M/s. Kolbro Group Pvt. Ltd. to visit properties within the jurisdiction to collect necessary information, take measurements, and capture photographs of the properties.
“All property owners and occupants are requested to cooperate with the surveyors by providing the required information. Ensure that all relevant documents and accurate details are made available during the survey,” he said.
He added: “If the required documents are not provided or correct information is not furnished during the survey, the property tax assessment will be carried out based on the available data. To avoid discrepancies, all are urged to provide correct information and extend full cooperation to the survey team,” he added.
