This will lead to utter chaos in this area, including closure of the Panaji inner port entry-exit till the sunk vessels are salvaged. This could take 2-3 months after September 15 when the Port is officially opened for traffic”, he said. r Saying that the casino vessel can safely be brought in any time after the port officially opens on September 15, Reginaldo said any mishap while bringing the vessel into the Panaji port before the due date can lead to huge loss for the fishing and mining industry.
