Curtorim Village Development Committee member J Santan Rodrigeus has dashed off a letter to the Curtorim Sarpanch seeking to know why the Situation Analysis Meeting was not held prior to uploading the GPDP on the e-GramSwaraj Portal.
In the letter regarding the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) uploaded on the e-GramSwaraj Portal for Curtorim Panchayat, Santan pointed out that as per guidelines, GPDP preparation involves critical steps, including situation analysis and participatory planning through Gram Sabha meetings.
Saying that transparency and community participation are key aspects of GPDP preparation, he sought to know from the Sarpanch the reasons for not conducting the Situation Analysis Meeting; the process followed for GPDP preparation and upload; and the measures ensuring community participation and feedback.
