The Diocesan Youth Centre (DYC) Goa recently organised its 38th annual ‘Youth Pasch 2026’ from April 1 to 5 at the St Joseph Vaz Spiritual Renewal Centre in Old Goa, led by Fr Blaise Lobo, Director of DYC-Goa.
Rooted in the mystery of the Holy Triduum, the programme offered 50 young participants a spiritual journey to deepen their faith during the most sacred days of the liturgical calendar. Youth Pasch aimed to walk through the life of Jesus, reflecting on biblical events and connecting them to life today.
“The journey began on Maundy Thursday, reflecting on a love that chooses selflessness, and continued into Good Friday, reflecting on Christ’s suffering and the challenges we all face,” said Fr Lobo.
“Holy Saturday offered a time of stillness, helping the youth let go of fears, insecurities, sins, and past attachments that hinder their growth.”
