Disability Day on Dec 4
PANAJI: Directorate of Social Welfare, Disability Rights Association of Goa and NGOs in the disability sector in the State will celebrate International Day of Persons with Disability on December 4, from 4 pm onwards at Azad Maidan, Panjim.
The programme will consist of performances by the specially-abled, exhibition of their products, felicitation of special Olympians and screening of Konkani motivational short film 'This book will change your life,' featuring specially-abled children in the lead roles.
