DKA to observe Opinion Poll Day

PANAJI: Dalgado Konknni Academi will celebrate, for the first time, the Opinion Poll Day on January 16, at 4 pm at the department of Art and Culture's multipurpose hall, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji, with a lecture highlighting the importance of the historic referendum.

Former MLA and social activist, Adv Radharao Gracias will deliver a lecture on 'Dr Jack de Sequeira and Goa's Opinion Poll.'

The Dalgado Konknni Academi will celebrate the day as Osmitai Day.
