Mango trees have been flowering in different parts of Sattari taluka.

A drop in the temperature in Sattari taluka has been favourable for mango cultivation and farmers are optimistic of a rich harvest.

However, the threat of fungal diseases looms large, and farmers are advised to take necessary precautions to protect their crops.

Mango trees in the region have started flowering, and fruits are expected in the coming weeks. 

According to experts, the current weather conditions are ideal for mango production, and the crop is expected to be abundant.

Sattari region is known for mango production, and the crop is a major source of income for many farmers. With proper care and management, farmers expect to reap a bountiful harvest and benefit from the good prices.

When contacted, Sattari Zonal Agricultural Officer Vishwanath Gawas said the current weather conditions are favourable for mango production.

“The region's soil and climate are well-suited for mango production, and with proper care and management, farmers can expect a good yield. We, however, advise farmers to take necessary precautions to protect their crops from fungal diseases and pests,” said Gawas.
