Election roll observer to hear public on Jan 20 in North Goa

PANAJI

The Election Commission of India has appointed Sandeep Jacques, IAS, Secretary (Revenue), as the Election Roll Observer for Goa during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll with reference to January 1, 2026 as the qualifying date. As part of his second visit, the Election Roll Observer will be available to the general public to receive representations on January 20, 2026, at 10.30 am in the Conference Hall of the Collectorate, North Goa. Members of the public can also approach the observer at his office in Chamber No. 102, second floor, Secretariat, Porvorim, Bardez, or contact him on landline numbers 0832-2419411 and 0832-2419620.
