Bicholim

The family of 20-year-old Akshat Rajesh Naik from Lamgao, Bicholim, has demanded a fair and impartial investigation into his death during electrical wiring work at a house in Harijanwada, Mhaulingem, on

June 26.

The family has raised questions about the circumstances of the incident and urged police not to reach conclusions until all facts

are verified.

They allege inconsistencies in the case and suspect a lineman’s helper, who was with Akshat at the time, may be withholding vital information. They have sought his questioning in the family’s presence.

The demand was made by his parents, sister and uncle.
