Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai has criticised the lethargic attitude of the IPS and IAS "lobby", urging that they should not be allowed to ruin Goa's identity.
He emphasised that "Goa is not a colony of the central government but an independent State with a distinct identity that must be protected". Sardesai's comments highlighted the need for vigilance in maintaining the state's unique character and autonomy.
