Director of Fire and Emergency Services Nitin Raiker along with department officials & fire personnel on the Occasion of Goa Liberation Day at the Fire Force Headquarters in Panaji.

Director of Fire and Emergency Services Nitin V Raiker unfurled the tri-colour at the Fire Force Headquarters in Panaji and greeted all fire personnel of the department on the occasion of Liberation Day.
Explaining the significance of Goa Liberation Day, Raiker recalled the courage and monumental contribution of all those who were a part of the movement to free Goa from Portuguese rule. He appealed to all fire personnel to work with devotion and serve society to keep the national flag high.
On the occasion, Director of Fire and Emergency Services congratulated Shivram Naik (Sub-Officer), Vishnu Gawas (Leading Fire Fighter) and Nitesh Pagi (Fire Fighter) for receiving the Chief Minister Fire Service Medal for meritorious service from Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
He also congratulated the Fire Service Platoon who participated in Liberation Day Parade held at University Ground, Taleigao.
