CANACONA
The Agriculture Department will meet over 3,000 farmers in 35 different places in Canacona taluka on Thursday.
Starting at 10 am, agriculture officers from different talukas will guide farmers, take stock of their requirements and needs to increase production of vegetable, besides other farm produce in the taluka, stated Canacona ZAO Shivram Naik Gaonkar.
Some agriculture officers who will meet the farmers in meetings at 35 different places including Khola will be Nagesh Komarpant, Sandesh Raut Desai, Omkar Desai, Mahendra Pagui, Kirtiraj Naik Gaonkar, Kameshwari Raikar, Shivram Gaonkar, Ruchita Mhalshi, Grasinda Goes and Sangeeta Velip.
