The Goa Public Service Commission (GPSC) has notified a process to hire 14 Assistant Public Prosecutors (APP) on a regular basis for the Directorate of Prosecution and has sought online applications for the posts.
Seven of the posts are for the general category candidates and five are reserved for the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category. One position each is reserved for candidates hailing from the Scheduled Tribe community and EWS category.
Candidates have a deadline of January 24 to file their online applications on the GPSC website.
Meanwhile a post of Assistant Research Officer for the Goa Gazetteer and Historical Records department and another gazetted officer position of Under Secretary (legislative affairs) have also been announced.
Both these positions are to be filled through the GPSC.
For the post of Under Secretary (legislative affairs) however will be filled via deputation of existing officers of the same rank.
