The 29th edition of the traditional Christmas Dance organised by the Betalbatim Sporting Club in association with The Goan Everyday was a grand affair with families pouring in to participate in the festivities, shake a leg and hopefully, win a prize.
Alcatraz and Archies, the bands in attendance, belted out some feet-tapping music.
Present on the occasion were Sydney Lemos, who graced the occasion as chief guest while Francisco Mickky Pacheco presided over the function. Joel Afonso, executive editor of The Goan Everyday attended as guest of honour.
The dance was ably organised by club president Jose Pereira, general secretary Melvin Cota, treasurer Gustavo Afonso, organising secretaries Seby Fernandes and Joe Cota.
