MAPUSA:
Police sources said talks between the families of Cardozo and his would be bride had taken place and very soon wedding bells were supposed to be ringing in the families.
However, on Sunday at around 1 pm the alleged accused entered the house of his would be wife and touched her and her sister inappropriately, police sources informed.
The distraught ladies rushed to the police station and lodged a complaint against the alleged accused. The accused was arrested under various sections of IPC. Calangute Police is investigating the case.
