A huge number of candidates assembled at the Animal Husbandry Centre in Koparde-Sattari on Wednesday, as they took part in interviews conducted by the Goa Human Resource Development Corporation for 104 posts of labourers.
Responding to an advertisement regarding the recruitments, candidates were seen in long queues since early morning outside the Animal Husbandry Centre at Koparde. Though candidates were expected to be SSC pass, a number of graduates had also applied to the posts. Candidates lined up for hours to participate in the interviews.
One of the candidates, Prajala Gaonkar, expressed unhappiness over the arrangements made for the interviews, while another candidate, Ajay Naik, said better planning should have been made for the interview process.
Some candidates complained there were not food and drink arrangements made at the site, compelling many candidates to take part in the interviews on an empty stomach.
