MAPUSA: In response to mounting concerns over illegal activities, particularly rampant landfilling, within Mapusa's jurisdiction, Mapusa Municipal Council (MMC) Chairperson Nutan Bicholkar assured residents that swift action is taken upon receiving complaints.
Bicholkar outlined the procedural approach adopted by the MMC, indicating that upon notification of illegalities, the technical staff conducts on-site inspections to assess the situation thoroughly. Subsequently, comprehensive reports detailing the offences are prepared for further action.
"We take all reported illegal activities seriously and are committed to addressing them promptly," affirmed Bicholkar.
