IndiGo has reportedly reduced the number of flights operating to and from Goa International Airport at Dabolim as part of its nationwide network revision scheduled for June 2026, sources at the airport said on Thursday.

However, airport authorities said they are yet to receive an official detailed schedule regarding the revised operations.

According to sources, the airline is expected to cancel nearly 200 flights across India under the revised operational plan, with around four services likely to be affected at Goa International Airport. The move is expected to impact some of the key metro sectors connected to Goa.

“Major metro routes including Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad have already seen reductions in frequency. Around four flights from Goa International Airport at Dabolim are likely to be affected as part of the nationwide revision. Though there is no official confirmation yet, the affected sectors could include Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore,” a source at the airport stated.

The reduction in frequencies is expected to affect passenger movement on some of the busiest domestic sectors operating from Goa, particularly during the ongoing travel season.

Sources added that the changes are part of a broader route and operational restructuring being undertaken by the airline across multiple airports in the country.
