ISKCON lecture series from Jan 28
PANAJI: International Society of Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) will organise a six-day series of talks - The Journey of self-discovery, based on Srimad Bhagvad Gita, from January 28 to February 2 at Panaji. ISKCON followers Achut Gopal Das, and Arjun Priya Das, will hold these lectures.
The sessions will be held at I, 59-60, 4th floor, Alfran Plaza in Panaji.
The journey of self-discovery is a systematic and scientific presentation on the essence of timeless The first lecture is ‘Is happiness on sale?’ which focusses on teaching the basic similarities and differences between humans and animals.
The second lecture ‘The God mystery’ tries to answer the questions regarding God. Can we logically and scientifically prove the existence of God? The third lecture tries to answer the eternal question ‘Who is Me?’ which bothers every mind. The fourth lecture is 'What or who the soul is.' The fifth lecture will delve on 'Is religion on trial?' The sixth lecture is titled, 'Is world an unfair place? Can bad happen to good?'
