JCI Panaji installed JC Srushti Lotlikar Nagvekar as its 56th President at the organisation’s 56th Installation Ceremony held at SS Dempo College, Cujira.
MLA Ganesh Gaonkar, Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly, attended the programme as the Chief Guest. JFM Adv Mamta Naik, Zone President of JCI India Zone 11, was the Guest of Honour. She was joined by Zone Vice President JFD Youvan Gawde.
Several senior members and guests were present, including JC Manoj Patil, Past Zone President, JC Ashrafali Nizari, Past World Vice President, and JC Gautam Kharangate, CEO of Rashtra TV. JC Kharangate was felicitated by the Chief Guest for his key role in rebuilding JCI Panaji.
Addressing the gathering, Speaker Ganesh Gaonkar called upon JCI Panaji to take up more activities in rural areas. He stressed the need to support grassroots development and help empower rural communities.
The ceremony marked the start of a new term under President JC Srushti Lotlikar Nagvekar, along with the Local Organisation Governing Board of JCI Panaji for 2026. The new team aims to focus on leadership, service, and community development during the year.
