PANAJI: Ahead of Diwali,Verna-based Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts (KCCA) recently ushered in the popular festival with an elaborate spread of Indian delicacies, especially prepared for the occasion by the Institute’s students.“Diwali brings us together to celebrate tradition, flavours and community, and our culinary students have captured this spirit through the festive lunch which they planned and prepared. Their dedication and creativity has made this celebratory meal truly special,” said Parixit Pai Fondekar, founder of Kamaxi Group. Aspiring KCCA chefs, under faculty guidance, prepared an array of dishes such as dahi wada, paneer tikka masala, Mumbai masala toast sandwich, pao bhaji, bhel puri, mixed fruit chaat, among others. The Diwali celebration at KCCA began with students decorating the campus with traditional rangoli designs and flowers.
