The South Goa Sessions Court has granted conditional bail to Maria Luiza Fernandes, who was arrested by the Margao police in connection with the Sanjeel Kudchadkar abduction case.
The Court ordered the release of the applicant upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs 25,000 with one surety of like amount.
The applicant has been directed to furnish her contact number with the court saying the police shall have every authority to keep track on her mobile number, at least for a month.
She has been directed not to directly or indirectly contact the complainant or the victim in any manner whatsoever unless otherwise with the written permission of the Police Inspector of Margao Town Police Station and after consulting the complainant or the victim and not otherwise.
She has been further told not to visit the place of residence of the Complainant and the Victim without taking prior permission of the Police Inspector and with permission of the complainant and Victim in advance.
