A first-year student at Kare College of Law, Shane Rebelo bagged the first place in an inter-collegiate elocution competition organised by the Directorate of Vigilance in association with the Directorate of Higher Education on the topic of ‘Corruption-free India for a developed nation’ held at the Secretariat on the occasion of Vigilance Awareness Week-2022 on November 3.
Shane, 21 is a good orator and has won umpteen prizes in talks and speeches at various school and college competitions. A student of Manovikas Convent in Margao, Shane completed his higher secondary from Kings School and graduated in Commerce from Rosary College at Navelim.
Currently studying law at Kare College of Law in Margao, Shane is a member of National Students Union of India (NSUI) and the president of NSUI Curtorim Block. He was congratulated for his success by the Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao and Goa Pradesh Congress Committee president Amit Patkar.
