Majorda casino case: Court to pronounce order in revision plea on October 23

The South Goa Sessions court will pronounce order on October 23 in the revision application filed in the Majorda casino assault case involving former minister Mickky Pacheco and businessman Mathew Diniz. The court on Wednesday capped arguments in the revision application filed by Mathew Diniz and reserved orders on October 23.

Though the JMFC, Margao had ordered framing of charges against both Mickky and Mathew in the case, only Mathew had preferred an appeal in the Sessions court.
