The Fatorda police have arrested a man from Hubli after he was caught in a compromising position with another man in the corridor of the Osia Commercial Complex, Old Market.
A complaint filed by Balram Choudhari, a Margao resident from Jharkhand, stated that the accused, Sunil Lamani (22), a Margao resident from Hubli, and another unidentified person were involved in an obscene act.
The complaint further mentioned that the two men were unclothed and in a compromising position in the building’s corridor, engaging in inappropriate behaviour in a public place.
Sunil Lamani has been arrested and charged under Section 296, read with Section 3(5) of the BNS Act, 2023.
