A man was found killed at near the Calangute market on Saturday night, Calangute Police said.
Although one person has been detained, police are yet to confirm if it's murder or an accident.
The incident happened at around 7.30 pm at Tinto near the market in Calangute, police said.
"We cannot say whether it's a murder or an accident as of now. Investigations are going on," a senior police official said.
According to some sources, the fight was between drug addicts where one was stabbed to death. This version, however, could not be confirmed by the police.
